No charges are made against the missing person, it is simply a notification that the person is missing or has gone missing. This notification is made only for the purpose of finding missing persons, that is, the person is not associated with a crime.  <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Situations Where Blue Notification Is Used<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Blue Notification can be used in a variety of situations. The main situations in which Blue Notification is used are: <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Missing Children<\/strong>: Blue Notice is frequently used to find missing children. Children can often go missing without their parents&#8217; permission or can be forcibly disappeared. In this case, Interpol issues a Blue Notice to locate the missing child and a search is initiated by police agencies worldwide.  <\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Mentally Disabled Individuals:<\/strong> People with mental disabilities can also go missing. Interpol also issues Blue Notices for missing people with mental disabilities. These types of cases can be more sensitive depending on the mental state of the missing person, as it can be difficult for disabled individuals to seek help on their own when they are lost.  <\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Missing Adults<\/strong>: Sometimes missing adults may have gone missing voluntarily or they may have been forcibly disappeared. Blue Notice can also be used to find missing adults. Blue Notification is not as binding as a direct arrest request in national legal systems.
